Where goya99 identifies or suspects any of the above conduct, it reserves the right to freeze the affected account, suspend access to all platform features, and withhold any balance pending a full investigation. goya99's decisions in such matters are final, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process described in the platform's support documentation.

Player-initiated closure: You may close your goya99 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonuses) will be processed as a withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. Self-exclusion requests — where a player wishes to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — are prioritised and processed without delay.

goya99-initiated suspension or closure: goya99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

In cases where a player's account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraudulent activity is confirmed, goya99 reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance. Legitimate real-money deposits not connected to any identified misconduct will be returned to the player following the conclusion of any investigation, at goya99's discretion.

Dormant accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. goya99 will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder via the registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. Where a dormant fee applies, it will not exceed the account's remaining balance. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to keep their account active, or to withdraw their balance and close the account if they no longer wish to use the platform.
